These Terms & Conditions govern your use of orvioneltd.com and the services provided by Orvione Limited ("Orvione", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Orvione provides digital marketing and advertising services, including brand development, social media management, paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics. The scope of each plan is described on our Pricing page.

2. Plans & Payment

Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment provider, Airwallex. All fees are stated in euros and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from plan fees.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to the accounts and assets needed to deliver the services;
• Ensure content and claims you supply are accurate and lawful;
• Comply with applicable advertising and platform regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

Work produced for you becomes yours upon full payment. We may showcase non-confidential results in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with reasonable notice. Fees for services already delivered remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
